UPDATE 7-1-2011: Construction has been completed and the road is now open.
UPDATE 6-24-2011: The road between Utica and Sapphire Village is a high priority for many people in the area and the Judith Basin County Commissioners, Road Department, and Disaster and Emergency Services, and Sheriff's Office are working hard to maintain and improve the difficult situation. We have approved an emergency action plan to rebuild this road. The work will be contracted to Youdarian Construction of Stanford, MT.
Work will begin on Monday, June 27 and continue through Thursday, June 30. THE ROAD WILL BE CLOSED TO ALL TRAFFIC DURING THE REPAIR PERIOD.
